Strategic Business Planning

We provide a number of strategic business planning packages to meet your organisation's needs to respond to community needs. At SIS, we have supported organisations to develop localised workshops and reviews to help organisations develop, refine, and implement projects aligned with their long-term vision.

Project Planning

Throughout the careers of SIS members, we have supported teams throughout the lifecycle of contracts. The process starts with grant submissions, followed by planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of contracts. By utilising local knowledge, undertaking a community and service readiness review, we tailor each package to ensure you receive the right supports and resources for successful program roll-out into your community.

Strategic Planning

Whether you're after a facilitated strategic planning workshop or the full package, including a review, workshop, implementation plan and support, we are here to support your needs.
